You take a series of aptitude and ethics tests online before your appointment at their recruiting center. Regardless of the position you're applying for, everyone has to take a timed 3-part aptitude test, which was designed not to be completed nor are the questions relevant to your position. The math section was extremely difficult especially since they don't allow you to use a calculator. You can use paper and a scratch paper, though. The other two tests were easier, but got harder and more confusing as you advanced. You also have to surrender your phone to the receptionist while you are testing. The receptionist said someone would be in contact with me within 5 business days. I wasn't contacted. It seems to be very difficult to get employed here.
