The interview process was extremely long and tedious. It was also very outdated. They asked questions on forms like: "What does your spouse want for you?"... strange in my opinion. Very long tests to take that was proctored. When I found out I didn't get the job, it was an automated email even though I had been speaking to the same person the entire time regarding the position.

A very difficult wondelick test. If it he the test isn’t passed you won’t progress to the interview phase of the hiring process. The test is 12 minutes to answer 40 questions correctly.

Phone interview asking general questions. They said they would forward it to the manager of the team, and then radio silence. They continued to email back as if progress was being made and my application was still being considered, asking for documents and such. Then ghosted me.

The whole interview was planned through linkedIn messages, the recruiter called me on my personal cellphone and the interview itself was very friendly and interesting. Hopefully they get in touch with me again
