Multiple assessments that were very off-putting given that I never spoke to a recruiter in person. If 3 hours of my time are expected just to apply, then we as candidates should have the courtesy of speaking to the employer and ask questions. It's telling when the process makes you feel scrutinized.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
