I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
First they have you take a personality and assessment test which are split into multiple parts. Overall, they don't really have anything to do with programming. One part is a bunch of math problems though (which you can't use a calculator for).
After that you get an actual interview. (If you can't go in person they offer a Skype interview.) The questions are more about you as a person and not actual coding.
Also they pay they offer is pretty low ($40k to $55k a year)

I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (North Andover, MA)
Interview
I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.

Interview
Interviewer was a few mins late and seemed very disinterested. Very few technical questions were asked to assess coding ability.
