The hiring process takes a very long time. They will call you and screen you, then set up an interview. You will interview with at least 3 people, and you are looking at about 1 interview a week, so this will take 3-4 weeks to get through the interview process, then 3-5 days to find out if you got the job. So the entire process is very thorough and very long.

Took at home tests, then took same ones at the location. Tests are about patterns and some algebra problems. No calculators allowed. Literally an 8 min interview via Skype and all she asked were basic questions. Felt like a waste of time. They should only give the assessment once.
