I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Dec 2012
Interview
It began by taking tests in the Reynolds and Reynolds office followed by 3 phone interviews. When at the final in person interview I was keep very secluded as if to keep something hidden from me. They offered me the job but didn't show me to the office or let me meet anyone. Kinda sketchy.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
