I was asked to take various types of tests online. They included math problems, mechanical interest, pattern sequence and a few more. I haven't done math problems like the problems I was given since high school. Nothing in the tests applied to this position except for maybe a few questions asking about creativity or creative work.

Talked to them at the career fair, applied online, took their test (everyone is required to do it if you get through the first stage of applying), skype interview. The recruiter didn't even remember me from the career fair, so the entire time he kept saying I don't know if the recruiter said this or that, but it was him who talked to me. Very awkward, but nice guy and had a really good conversation, wanted to cater to what I was looking for in a company, etc. But in the end, I was denied through an automated email. Very unprofessional coming from a large company and from the recruiter who said he'd contact me, which I thought it meant personally contact. Don't know why I was denied.
