I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Don’t apply unless you want to spend several weeks and a lot of time in the interview process Also, not sure if these people are hiring for outside sales or Math/engineering majors. Hiring process included very long “aptitude test” and then online ethics questionnaire which asked several questions about smoking/ alcohol/ weed use. In one week, I received several follow up phone calls from the recruiter- always at the end of her day and then when I called back 15 minutes later she had left for the day. I finally had to request a scheduled phone call only to find out that She needed to verify that I wouldn’t smoke in front of customers ( I smoked one cigarette a year ago) Finally I had a “proctored “ exam which involved her watching me take the test again through my online camera AND my phone camera propped up to see my hands Then the recruiter went away for a week. No communication. After getting an offer from another company and asking Rey Rey what my status was with them (as they requested I do if another offer came in), I was rejected via a boilerplate email. Very impersonal and a complete waste of time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you smoked in the past year, Agree or disagree - I stole something once, but I'll never do that again , Questions around wrong doing in many different ways, For aptitude test- many math word problems requiring algebra , fractions, various computations. Nothing too complicated but you can't use a calculator and the test is very fast.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process started with a call from the recruiter verifying resume information and asking about salary expectations. This was followed by a Zoom interview which took about 30 minutes. There is another Zoom interview with management but unfortunately I did not make it that far. The company gives no explanation why, basically just that you were not chosen for the next steps. Feedback would have been valuable.

Question 1
What are you looking for in your next career/ company?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Pretty typical. Took two aptitude tests. Recruiter who was located at their HQ in Dayton reached out to me and did a phone screening. I then spoke with 2 more senior employees about the position. Didnt seem bad, but the second guy from Oklahoma rubbed me the wrong way for sure. Very "old style" mentality, if you follow.

Question 1
One thing I was asked was, "What do your parents do for work"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Aug 2021
Interview
I was referred by a current employee and the first thing you do is take an assessment that takes about three hours. Either pass or fail. It was super tough, read up on word problem algebra and memorize formulas
