Extremely thorough interview, but I was able to truly be myself and answer questions that directly related to the role and who I am. I'm looking forward to th next round. Amazing hiring managers who make you feel valued and important!

Question 1
Name a time you were faced with a challenge, and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in Sept 2020

Awful. Submit resume, then be contacted by a recruiter to then have to complete 2 hours of aptitude and personality tests. Possibly to be followed by a phone screening, before another in person aptitude test followed by in person interviews, then a background and drug test before even receiving an offer for the position.
I refused to complete their aptitude tests and refuse to encourage this type of hiring practice. Funny, the position is still posted as being available so this approach to finding and evaluating talent really seems to be working for them. No thanks, not for me, I'll take my talents elsewhere.
