We have to take an assessment test which comprises of elementary topics and basic knowledges. Then we will answer an essay. After deliberation, if the managers like the applicants they are then and there called for an interview.
Considerate. I had a phone call interview as I was at the province at that time and the office is a plane ride away. The interview went smoothly. It was a great experience over all.

The interview process is the same as other firms. As a new graduate, they are flexible in the questions and looks if you are willing to learn. HR interview then the department that you choose (tax, audit, advisory)

Two levels of interviews. The first one is with a senior associate. The second one is either with a manager or partner. It is very likely to get an offer as long as you're a CPA.
