The interview takes place on a zoom call with two supervisors and one manager. They will ask you numerous situational questions. You’re suppose to answer using the STAR format Situation task action and end result. There will be about at least ten questions and you will have to answer them. Normally interviews take thirty mins. Also best to start with a 30-60-90 day plan
