Reward interview questions

I had a very positive interview experience and joined Reward following the process. Communication throughout was excellent, I was contacted when they said I would be, and any questions I had during the process were answered almost instantly. The interview itself was friendly but professional and felt well structured without being overly formal. It was easy to be yourself, which made the conversation feel genuine rather than scripted. At the same time, it was clear that this is a high-performing environment with high standards. What I really appreciated was the honesty around the role. The interviewers were transparent about the challenges involved and the major projects I would be part of, which gave me a realistic and balanced view of what to expect. The company culture, expectations, and ways of working were clearly explained. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful of my time, and moved quickly. It gave me confidence in the team and the organisation before joining, and my experience so far has reflected everything discussed during the interview.
