They approached me - first call was 30 mins with a recruiter who was lovely. Then sat aptitude and personality tests. 3rd stage was interview. only 30 minutes allowed, and the interviewer had only been at the company for 5 months, and was the same level as the job I was asked to apply for. Very arrogant approach and I was given 3 minutes at the end for my questions, none of which the interviewer knew the answers to. An interview is indeed designed to check if a candidate is right for the job, but should also be an opportunity for the candidate to check if the job/company is right for them. Very one-sided.

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
