The initial process seemed to involve coordinating with an in-house recruiter who contacted me through LinkedIn based on a key word search that someone else gave them. When I responded to the email and and asked for clarification about the role to determine fit, the recruiter assured me that they were directed to reach out to me from someone within their organization. At this point they arranged a video interview with a US-based screener, who followed what appear to be scripted questions but didn't have much knowledge about legal or regulatory issues.
