I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn, and he was pleasant and friendly. He provided good context on the role, and tried his best to answer difficult questions around the culture
Had an initial video call with one of the founder associates which unfortunately was very dull and completely lacking in any engagement. He seemed like he was just ticking competency questions off a list and transcribing answers like a stenographer. Maybe it was a lack of experience or simply how they do things.
I got an automated rejection email the next day and no feedback, which, if you look at other candidates' experiences, seems fairly standard.
