      HR Interview

      26 Nov 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England)

      Interview

Where to start?! x 2 calls with recruiter, x1 with Snr Leader (which was interesting and engaging), but then an appalling 3rd interview full of illegal, sexist and unethical questions, with a disengaged jnr team member who was unable to have a conversation relevant to the role due to a lack of knowledge. Mind-numbing tactical questions irrelevant to a strategic role, appalling attitude, sexist and toxic bro culture at its best. I had read they had been taken to court for questionable interview and hiring tactics, but assumed on that basis they were hoping to drive positive change - clearly not. In theory, following that conversation there would have been a 'test' to do.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Do you have children? How many weekends a year did you work in your last job? Did you work both weekend days in your last job? What commitments do you have at home? How many hours do you expect to work in a day?
