Unnecessarily long, the whole process developed over 3 months time during which they were very unresponsive in between stages.
I had 4 interviews in total and was asked to attend a 5th. Coordination was very poor (i.e., sent incorrect details for attending teleconf more than once), interviewers were disengaged and unprofessional.
People Operations/HR team came across as very disorganised with no real strategy or plan going forward.
The best thing I learnt in the process is that I would never want to work there.
