HR interview: Mainly motivational, HR interviewer was relaxed and they were looking for times you got **it done
Case: Case about workforce management, looking to break down into MECE buckets. Very time-pressured so ensure you keep a look at the time. Interviewee led.
Final Interview: Looking for times when you went above and beyond, took initiative etc.
