The process was smooth and well-structured. The recruiter was extremely helpful and supportive, providing clear information about each stage and responding quickly to any of my questions. There were seven stages for the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme: application screening, cognitive assessment, recruiter screening, take-home design task, Design Skills interview, Head of Product Design interview, and a final Team Fit interview. Revolut has a strong culture and takes assessing fit seriously at every stage. Make sure you know their values before any interview stage, and be prepared to discuss how you demonstrate them in your work. This was definitely the most supported I've felt during a graduate application process.
