They seemed quite disorganised. I initially applied through their job page but never received a response. Later, a recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn and we started the process for two different positions.
The interview process has 5 stages. First, there is an HR screening where they ask about your background, education, experience, and projects. Then there is an IQ test, followed by a catch-up call with the recruiter (which was originally scheduled as a screening for the second position, but ended up just being a catch-up call).
They also rescheduled the interviews multiple times. After that, there is a call with the manager to get to know you better, and that’s where the process stopped for me.
