I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid) in Jul 2025
Interview
30min 1to1 with a Recruiter, where we discussed compensation, benefits and pros of working at Revolut. Full transparency from their side regarding KPIs and work culture. Fully remote. Was also asked some technical questions and cases
Interview process:
1. Screening call
2. Skills interview
3. Team-fit call
Overall I did not find the interviews difficult and actually had a nice experience. All of the interviewers were very polite as well.
I got contacted by a recruiter. As a first step, I had a call with another recruiter. He was also asking technical questions, but it felt strange. (A bit like talking to a wall.)
I was rejected with a generic message stating that I was not "aligned with the position". This is weird as it was inbound and based on my profile. No feedback, of course.
Waste of time.
The process had **three stages** and was fairly straightforward overall. The cases were relatively easy and included several **payments-related case studies**, along with **one market-sizing question**. Although I successfully completed the process and received an offer, I ultimately decided not to accept it.
