Interviewed with the Executive Director, who was borderline hostile and interrupted constantly as I tried to answer the questions. At best this was a tactic to see how a candidate would responded under pressure. At worst, working here would be extremely difficult.

Met with a recruiter and learned about the organization’s focus and history. Was told about current and upcoming goals for the year. Not a good match for my experience and values but an interesting mission.
