Reviva Resourcing interview questions

I had a disappointing experience with Reviva. Two recruiters contacted me on the same day, but it seemed like they weren't aware of each other, which felt disorganized. They referred me to a company, but after that, both went on holiday and were completely unresponsive when I tried to get in touch for interview preparation. After the interview, I requested feedback multiple times but never got a response from them. Eventually, the company provided feedback directly. When I raised my concerns with the manager about the poor service, she promised to look into it but never followed up. Very unprofessional, especially considering Reviva came highly recommended by colleagues.
