HR introduced that this interview is just a simple understanding, and the department manager will be arranged to conduct a technical interview later. But there was no response after the first interview.
Two screening calls followed by call with hiring manager and 1 of their team members. They asked for references (both character and professional references). Allowed for a follow up call with HR to ask questions about the offer package. They were helpful.

Interview with recruiter, hiring manager, tech interview. (sql, tableau, methods). After this, on site - meeting colleagues and assessing culture fit. Meetings with managers, vp, svp, etc. People were friendly, low pressure but very extensive interview process
