I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Revenue.io (Denver, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
Just a bunch of questions. None too difficult. However the interviewer (a lifer at this company) was rude outright. Acted tired, exhausted, annoyed right off the bat. He led the interview right off with “why do you have 6-9 month jobs on your resume” of which I have ZERO. I have some 18-24 month roles which is typical in tech.
Sorry dude but I have a family to feed so you gotta move out to move up. It’s nice if you didn’t have any adversity in your career but that’s not typical

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revenue.io in Oct 2025
Interview
I had a very disappointing experience with Revenueio's interview process. To start, I was interviewed by an individual who wasn't even titled a recruiter but an admin assistant. The entire interview felt robotic and impersonal. The interviewer didn't ask me to tell her about myself or engage in any meaningful conversation. Instead, she immediately jumped into questions about my book of business, as if reading from a script, with no enthusiasm or genuine interest.
Throughout the interview, she sounded very dry and mechanical, making it clear she was likely reading from a chatbot or script rather than having a real conversation. When I attempted to ask my post-interview questions, she paused for 8-10 seconds before responding, which only added to the awkwardness. Her answers continued to sound rehearsed and impersonal.
The process was lengthy, involving a total of 5 interviews before even being considered. I want to emphasize that I am not leaving this review because I wasn't selected; rather, I am thoroughly disappointed with how un-personable and unprofessional the entire process was. It felt like I was talking to AI rather than a real person, which is unacceptable in a professional setting.
Overall, this was a poor experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. If you're looking for a genuine, engaging interview process, steer clear of Revenueio.

Question 1
Tell me what your book of business is like - How many clients are you managing at the moment.
Second round met with hiring manager. He was pleasant. But relied on voice AI to guide all of his questions. Not at all smooth. And impersonal. Probably a product in development and i was a test subject. No actual job.
