Impersonal recruiter experience via email
First round - Interviewed with the Head of CS (who is fully remote while the role itself is 5 days onsite) and we took a deep dive into my employment history. I felt belittled and not taken seriously as a candidate. My advice: Ask me questions on how I would take on client interactions - not about a role I did 10 years ago that doesn't relate. I have 6+ years of CSM experience with requitable accomplishments and the role I was interviewing for was more entry level.
