I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Revature
Interview
I couldn't find much info about Revature prior to the interview. I have since learned that they previously went by the name eIntern. So, I'm posting this hoping that it will keep someone else from wasting time like I did.
The listing was for an entry/mid level developer. I fall into the mid category, so the offer was not sufficient for me, but might be for people coming straight out of college that are having trouble finding employment. One 15 minute technical phone interview. The interview itself was super easy, obviously aimed at entry level candidates. Got the offer after that, which I thought was strange.
Revature's business model is different. The offer consisted of 10 weeks of training in VA. While training you get a furnished apartment with a roommate. You also get $150 a week stipend. After training, you are contracted out and get an hourly rate of $24 (~$50K). If you quit or are fired before 2 years, you are responsible for paying ~$24K back to Revature for the training.
