Interview
After applying, held a 30 minute phone screen. The following week, scheduled a 45 minute, in depth behavioral interview. The following step would be with a member of leadership. The emails are automated, and detailed indicating they have a great ATS system. Staff was informative, kind, and professional throughout the process.

Interview
There was a Zoom video HR Screen, and the. 3 1:1 Zoom video interviews with the Director of Ops, President, and VP of Design. Each interview was 30-45 minutes and took place across two days of interviews.
