Bottom of the barrel "interviewing" process. The first touch point was an email from the recruiter to take a CCAT exam for a marketing role. They make sure to let you know that even the CEO took it, unlikely story.
It was difficult to get the exam even sent over, had to DM the recruiter on LinkedIn just to receive it, this should have been a red flag.
Took the CCAT test which consisted of random math problems, figuring out shapes and fill in the blanks. Then you get to take a generic personality test that asks silly questions like "Would you say your shy" and answer with the strongly agree, agree, neutral, etc.
Received a canned rejection email from them about 4 days letter.
Overall a really insane, silly and lazy way to ween out candidates. I see why the Glassdoor review has 70% negative experiences for candidates.
