The application and interview/ assessment were all online. The process takes a lot of time as an applicant and they do not give you feedback at the end of the skills assessment just a generic denial letter. There is a lack of respect for potential employees.

It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.
Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
