Retro Rabbit Software Engineer interview questions

I had a disappointing experience with Retro Rabbit's recruitment process. After receiving messages from a recruiter expressing interest in my profile, I was hopeful about the opportunity. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. When I finally had a chance to sit down and discuss further, the recruiter seemed attentive during our conversation. But to my surprise, after that meeting, all communication came to a sudden halt. Despite reaching out to another recruiter, I was left on read with no response whatsoever. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling undervalued as a candidate. It is disheartening to invest time and effort into a potential opportunity only to be met with silence in return. As someone actively seeking new career prospects, I believe clear and prompt communication is crucial during the recruitment process. Unfortunately, Retro Rabbit fell short in this regard, and I cannot recommend their recruitment process based on my experience.

The interview process was largely informal which put me at ease. The big sell is the culture and they will try to avoid/stall the money conversation. Sounded like a hearty company but also felt like a boys club. Overall looks like a good place for juniors but not a place for growth. Salaries are also not competitive
