It was easy and the owners were nice. Retro Fitness in Bay Shore is a great place to go and all the staff is great. The customers make it even better to come to work.

It was quick and easy interview no more than 30 minutes. I was asked about their customer service experience, ability to handle high pressure situations, and familiarity with gym equipment and software. It was great job do while studying in college.

Interview
Met with manager and one of the owners. Were very nice. They gave a detailed summary of what i would be doing and what would be expected from me. Overall the process was very smooth and I do not have any complaints.
