Casual conversation with the typical behavioral questions. They did not seem to know how to interview well so bring questions or be able to talk about yourself without prompts. They are not very honest with the hours or job.

In person, laid back. Was shown around the office introduced to all the staff on the floor which was nice. Flow of a typical day described to me. Asked question about previous experiences as a nurse but not too probing. Felt like they were more trying to get a feel for if I would fit in.
