I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Restaurants on the Run (Schaumburg, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Met with one of the Dispatchers and he advised me about the delivery driver position. He asked me several questions and I answered them all very thoroughly. The next step was to work with someone on his/her shift and shadow them (training). I worked with one of the employees who worked their for a couple of years before me and he trained me on the position. At the end of the shift, I was asked about the position from one of the dispatcher's and I said everything was good. Two days later I started my dinner shift.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Restaurants on the Run (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
I had a friend who worked at Restaurants on the Run who told me they were hiring. I filled out my application at their call center. I received a call back about five days later from one of the managers, asking me to come in for an interview. When I entered the building, I was taken to another room where one of the female hiring managers introduced herself. We sat at a banquet type table and she briefly went over my resume and then described what my duties and responsibilities were at the company, if I were to be hired. She was very easy going and the interview went by pretty quickly.
