I applied through university. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International
Interview
Interview was going great until I was allowed to ask questions, and when I asked about possibility to indicate preference for department I am posted to, the interviewer literally replied with "you have a say, but it doesn't matter". They bother with neither credentials nor interests of the candidates. I think this really shows the corporate culture, which is something not shown when I was at their information session. What a waste of my time.
Tough but fair process! Case interview and rapid fires interviews. They asked all of the standard types of questions. Also did a group project style interview. Ultimately got an offer and accepted! Was a good decision to accept.
Values based, then case, then final interview. In values based just seeing whether you align, case interview seeing If you have skills ... final to make final decision. Fair process and fairly quick
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
how have you shown diversity is a priority in your life?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Restaurant Brands International (Halsteren) in Aug 2021
Interview
It wasnt bad, case study was a little difficult, given a lot of time to do calculations and provide an answer. Easier than consulting. First was behavioral, second was a case study interview.
