An initial chat with the recruiter, followed by a 1h interview with the team lead, then a 2h panel discussion with a few more team members (incl. presentation on how to solve a certain task), and a 1h meeting with the CEO. Overall it may seem like a lengthy process, however, the team was very responsive and efficient in organising these meetings. The recruiter regularly informed me about the next steps in the process, which was very helpful. All in all, the whole process took around 4 weeks from the first inquiry to the final decision.
