The interviewer was engaged and enthusiastic. However, difficult questions were front-loaded. The interview process was professional and polite, feedback was given without the need to be chased. They made it clear that it wasn't exactly the fit they were looking for, It didn't take too long and they didn't waste my time, which I appreciate.

This process took about a month with 3 rounds of interviews. Everyone was very polite and considerate, and overall the process was well managed. A month is a bit long for a process, in my opinion, though it can’t always be helped. Overall, a neutral to positive experience.
