Resource Action Programs interview questions

I had two interviews over a long period of time. The first one was with two people -- one from the department and one executive. The questions were unrelated to the job -- pretty much expect them to print off a list of standard questions from the internet. The portfolio review was odd -- they didn't ask any questions. Second interview was similar with the same people (many months later). The "executive" really was really just interested in things like what you are wearing and whether you will have a positive attitude.
