I got a message in Hired from HR, and scheduled an interview. The HR interview was more than just behavioural questions, he also asked about some technical experience and previous projects. Next step was with director of engineering. Asked about the API requests and software lifecycle. After 30 minutes, I got a HR call and the next interview was scheduled. I was pretty surprised about how fast it was. Next interview was with head of product. He asked cultural questions. I think this was the tough one and you really need to believe what you are saying rather than answering cliche. Overall, very fast process and very smooth interview experience.
