Interview
I did an interview with the head programmer and an HR guy, then did a tour of the company and a programming puzzle. The puzzle was good, I won't spoil it here, but I liked how it was more useful than algorithms.

The HR team is much more concerned with the person you are over the skills that you have. They give the impression they are looking for very long term employees

Interview
Met first with the HR director and then the Project Manager. Was a simple screening process to see if they liked my personality. I then had a technical interview where they gave me some code to clean up and then asked me some technical questions after.
