Reputation Customer Success Manager CSM interview questions

Long process. I felt there were some redundant interviews and the process was dragged out due to scheduling difficulties with hiring managers. However, Reputation's recruiters are phenomenal. They are very responsive and keep moving things along as much as possible. I appreciated their enthusiasm, candidate-centric attitude, and service oriented approach. For the final interview, a formal presentation was required and questions from leadership were challenging. Senior management was generous and thoughtful with constructive feedback on interview performance.
