Interview
Very laid back and simply just a conversation. They ask about your work history and experiences. The interview is mostly spent telling you how difficult the work may become and trying to convince you to start out at the bottom being a merchandiser. I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Republic National Distributing Company (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The managers asked why I wanted the position. One of them was a former manager from internship and they didn't seem to interested in hiring me. It got to the point where I felt uncomfortable, and was in more of an interrogation rather than an interview.
