Reproductive Sciences Medical Center interview questions

I recently interviewed with the CEO (Yingru Li), and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, she was unaware of my scheduled interview, which immediately set a negative tone. Instead of discussing my qualifications, she fixated on my commute, insisting it would be an issue and belittling me for not understanding how it could affect my performance—purely based on my age. Throughout the interview, she was condescending, dismissive, and frequently interrupted me before I could fully answer her questions. Despite having researched the company and prepared for the role, she assumed I was unprepared and lectured me on "being humble" and "studying more." At no point did I receive a clear job description, making it difficult to understand what the position actually entailed. If my commute was such a major concern, I don’t understand why I was invited to interview in the first place. The entire experience felt more like an unnecessary interrogation than a professional conversation. I left the interview feeling insulted and disrespected, and I would strongly caution other candidates before considering this company.
