Had phone screen and then in-person interview with hiring manager and VP of the department. VP arrived 20 minutes to the interview and only focused on why I left my previous employers. At their senior level, one would expect to ask more strategic questions of a candidate for a Director level position. The individual never once asked me about my background or relevant experiences for the role. Never heard back from them.
