I was shortlist through elitmus. There were 3 rounds, first was Technical, second was Managerial and third was HR even though the elitmus portal mentioned only 2 rounds.
I got two coding problems during the technical round which I solved correctly, such that my first code ran and the second was on the right path as the interviewer claimed and asked me to wait for the next round.
For Managerial round, it was just the basic questions like what are your personal goals professional goals etc and HR round was something similar.
What pissed me off so bad was that the interview was held on August 8th and they did not contact me at all. Due to frustration, I ended up calling them on the 12th which was Monday. I had to call 8-10 times at different timings to get through with the Senior HR to know about my process which was "You have not cleared the interview process"
They could've simply mailed me days ago instead of causing a fresher so much frustration when they already have so much on their mind, totally unprofessional. I am yet to understand why they denied me
