Started with a telephone interview with Scott, one of the internal recruiters, who told me about the role and asked some general questions about myself/Rentokil. Then another telephone call with one of the Hit Squad team leaders. This was followed by a face to face interview with two of the team leaders, and then half a day out in the field with a technician which I think is a great idea as it gives you a good feel for the role.
