After three rounds of interviews, I received a generic rejection email with no meaningful feedback. When I followed up requesting clarification on the decision, I never received a response.
The interview process felt unstructured, and the hiring team did not appear aligned on what they were looking for in a candidate. Overall, the experience was disorganized and felt like a waste of time.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have met with a difficult client?
I felt great going through the rigorous interview process having to have literally 4 interviews with them. These interviews were spread out over the course of a month due to people being out of office. Get all the way through to the last interview and received an email that they decided not to hire for the role after all. Complete disrespect for a candidates time. Don’t post a job if you don’t plan to hire for the role and don’t put someone through 4 rounds of interviews if you ultimately don’t want to fill the role. I am posting here to warn others before they go through interviewing, make sure to confirm at each interview that they still plan to hire for the role.
