Applied online and contacted by HR first within a few days. HR was able to coordinate interviews on a couple different units to occur on the same day. Whole process took a couple weeks.
As a new grad, I met with 2 nursing managers from different med-surg floors. Very simple questions and they are vey eager to work with you. Just things like what got you interested in nursing and future goals.

Interview
Met with the department director and nurse educators for various ER locations, and asked about 6 questions in total. Mostly behavioral interview questions, the interview took about thirty minutes and there was a real emphasis on ensuring that the interviewee was committed to staying in Reno and at Renown long term.
