The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Renovo Solutions (New York, NY)
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn and asking for me to apply to the company because they had open for their project starting soon. they really only had the manager position and entry level roles, I have a feeling she reached out because they're having a hard time fillng the entry level roles, and I was one of the people that was not interested in the lower level positions so I applied to the manager position.
The phone call with the recruiter was very easy and she was very nice. The actual interview was another story.
when I met with the two hiring managers they had already basically decided they were going to pursue another person before even meeting with me. their demeanor was very standoffish and were basically uninterested in anything I had to say. their questions were very poorly thought out and were outdated by about 25 years. It was not a good interview experience and if this is an indication of what would be like working for them, it's a good thing that it didn't work out because I was not impressed.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Renovo Solutions
Interview
Two phase process. 1) HR screening via 3rd party recruiter. 2) Face 2 Face interview with biomed department manager and account manager. Interview covered some technical questions (current leakage limits, difference between IP vs Mac address & etc..). Majority of questions were focused on customer service skills, response to high pressure scenarios, organization skills and etc.
Waiting for next phase of interview.

Interview
One of the better interviews I've ever had. Solid questions around new concepts, and the ability to "read" code, even if you haven't seen it before (IE. LINQ). Some light white boarding for basic skills check, and some good general comprehension questions.
After a skills check, a very open ended "culture fit" interview.
