Thank you for the feedback on our interview process. We have a full day 2nd interview as a job shadow so that you can get a clear picture of what our clients hire us to do. We want to make sure you know what the position entails before we put time in training and you commit to a position and put tiime in learning the role. Unfortunately since it is an interview, and you do not work directly for our company yet, we cannot compensate you for any portion of the day. Per the day of observation agreement you signed you also understand that you are not yet an employee and are not allowed to do any work while on the observation day. Any participation above or beyond is strictly on a voluneeer basis.
